No. Asante charges businesses a flat monthly subscription with no per-tip fees on top. Standard Safaricom M-Pesa transfer fees apply to the customer at the point of payment — those are Safaricom's fees, not ours.
Yes — your first 30 days are free regardless of which plan you start on. No credit card required during the trial period. We'll notify you before any charges begin.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time — changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Contact support via WhatsApp to make any plan changes.
Annual plans are billed once per year at 80% of the equivalent monthly total — a 20% saving. For example, the Business plan at KES 6,500/month becomes KES 62,400/year (equivalent to KES 5,200/month). Payment via M-Pesa Paybill or bank transfer.
You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your staff limit. You can upgrade to the next plan at any time, or contact us to discuss adding extra staff slots on your current plan. We won't automatically block tips to over-limit staff — we'll work with you first.
